These terms apply to your use of the Elkendi Tours & Travel website and to enquiries, quotations and bookings made with us. Specific written booking confirmations and supplier terms may also apply.

Enquiries and quotations

Website itineraries, destination descriptions, photographs and “from” prices are general guidance. Prices and availability may change with travel dates, group size, supplier rates, seasonality and requested inclusions. A quotation is not a confirmed reservation unless we confirm it in writing.

Reservations and payment

A booking is confirmed only when Elkendi Tours & Travel accepts it and provides written confirmation, including price, payment schedule and key inclusions. Deposit, balance due dates, accepted payment methods and supplier-specific conditions will be stated in the quotation or confirmation. Do not assume payment has been received until confirmed by us.

Inclusions and exclusions

The written quotation or itinerary determines what is included. Unless expressly listed, prices do not automatically include international flights, visas, travel insurance, personal expenses, tips, optional activities or other items not stated.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

Bookings may be subject to cancellation, amendment, deposit and refund conditions set by accommodation providers, transport operators, airlines, parks and other suppliers. The applicable conditions and charges should be provided or confirmed with your booking. Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel. Refund timing may depend on suppliers and payment providers. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Traveller responsibilities and safety

Travellers are responsible for valid travel documents, visas, recommended health precautions and suitable travel insurance. Please provide accurate details and disclose requirements that may affect arrangements. Safaris and outdoor activities involve inherent risks, including wildlife, weather and road conditions. Follow local laws and the instructions of guides and service providers. Itineraries may change for safety, weather, conservation or operational reasons.

Third-party suppliers

Some services are delivered by independent suppliers. Availability and delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control. If changes are needed, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate them and discuss alternatives.

Website use and information

Use this website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation or copy materials for commercial use without permission. We try to keep website information accurate, but descriptions, images, prices and availability can change or contain errors. Confirm important details in writing before making non-refundable arrangements.

Liability and applicable law

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate information supplied by a customer, a traveller’s failure to follow safety instructions, or events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are intended to be interpreted under the laws of Kenya, subject to mandatory laws that apply.
